摘要：
This paper has two main purposes: on the one hand, it seeks to offer a general view on new trends in European contract law occurring in recent years and possible future scenarios. On the other hand, it focuses on relations between some legal solutions included in the unification projects that have been conducted and the long European legal tradition dating back to Roman law.
