The paper examines the main theoretical and methodological approaches to the problem of personal health in psychological science. In this work for the study of personal health, we use the principles of systematic and synergetic approaches. By incorporating these principles, we can enumerate the properties of personal health: maintain the integrity, transparency, expediency, self-organization. Using the cognitive, emotional and behavioral factors, we can adjust the level of personal health. The systems are self-organized, able to maintain internal stability when exposed to the external environment, they are finding ways of self-preservation, not to break down and even improve its structure. Therefore, combining the principles of systematic and synergetic approach, we can list the following properties of a healthy individual as a system: the integrity of the property, through which the cognitive, value-sense orientation, and volitional subsystem and elements being in a hierarchical communication system form a healthy person; transparency feature, which is that the health of the individual depends on the ability of the individual to exchange of matter, energy and information with the environment, and it can be both a consumer and a source; the property of feasibility manifested in the presence of a healthy individual as of a feedback mechanism that makes the system more stable, reliable and efficient; the property of self-organization, by which a healthy person as a system to store internal resistance when exposed to the environment and even improve its structure. In such a way, changing and correcting cognitive, emotional and behavioral factors, we can positively influence the level of personal care in general. Keywords: personal health, systematic and synergetic approach.
