摘要
The synthesis of neutral and ionic α- and β-d-alkylglucopyranosides bearing hydrocarbon chains of different length (C8-C16 was performed by Fischer, Koenigs-Knorr and Schmidt methods. Cationic derivatives were obtained via tosylates as intermediates. The physico-chemical properties of products were investigated both in solution and at solid state by various techniques (quasi-elastic dynamic light scattering, differential scanning calorimetry. FTIR and CP-MAS spectroscopy and X-ray diffractometry). Above the critical micellar concentration, micellar or bilayer microagregates were obtained depending on the configuration of the anomeric centre of alkylglucopyranoside. Molecular packing and hydrogen bonds between saccharide heads in the solid state also depended on the aliphatic chain length and on the anomeric configuration. © 1990.
