摘要
Comparative investigation of obtaining conditions and the "stability" of water-soluble intermolecular complexes of low-soluble pharmaceutical substances and different polysaccharides with beta-cyclodextrin was carried out. Substantial improvement of the pharmacological characteristics of resulting complexes in comparison with initial pharmaceutical substances was demonstrated.
