摘要
The influence of grammage on twin-wire roll forming of TMP was investigated in the range 37-73 g/m(2). Grammage-normalized values of formation, tensile stiffness and fracture toughness were evaluated as well as sheer density, optical properties, Z-toughness and retention. The formation showed some improvement with increasing grammage in the low grammage range. There was, however no significant effect of grammage on the other paper properties over the range investigated. In agreement with general experience, retention increased with increasing grammage.
