摘要
Catalase, inserted in polyacrylamide granules in reversed micelles of Aerosol OT in toluene, retains 60% of its initial activity. Immobilized catalase has smaller thermostability as compared with enzyme in solution. Polyacrylamide surrounding of catalase decreases an efficiency of its interaction with specific antibodies or trypsine.
