Even if Good Laboratory Practices have been applied by Pharmaceutical Companies for now fifteen years, ''Total Quality'' is rarely reached. Are all the actors convinced that ''improving themselves'' is a real necessity ? The ''Total Quality'' must be built through a process in which each individual is engaged. Four topics/tools can be considered to improve the Quality: 1. - Permanent Quality Control or auto-inspection by the actors of the process. 2. - Permanent Education of these actors in their own technical discipline and also in the Quality concepts with its management. 3. - Identification of Quality Indicators to evaluate weak points, to determine priorities, to suggest modifications, to follow up their implementation and to reevaluate the system. 4. - Progressive setting up of the ''Total Quality Management'' team, working with the Management, Technical and Scientific Responsibles, Quality Assurance. So, all project will be carried out according to a ''permanent search for Quality'', which is part of the company culture.
