摘要
The influence of electromagnetic fields of various modes of irradiation on the activity of oxidoreductases of basidiomycetes Agrocybe cylindracea; Pleurotus ostreatus and Fistulina hepatica in culture was investigated. The strains were cultured of glucose-peptone medium for 12 days. The accumulation of oven-dry biomass was determined by the weight method. The content of soluble protein, catalase, peroxidase and superoxide dismutase activities was determined by the spectrophotometric methods. It was found, that the level of activity of the enzymes depends on the frequency, power and duration of the effects of electromagnetic fields significantly. It was record a positive effect of the electromagnetic field with a frequency of 27.12 Hz, 70 watts. It was reveal the negative impact of electromagnetic field with a frequency of 0.8-2.4 GHz (GSM Wi-Fi range). It was found, that the fungal cultures are capable of adapting to prolonged exposure of effects of electromagnetic fields.
