Annotation. Kokarev B. V., Zhestkov S. G., Smirnova N. I. Methodical bases of preparation of sports aerobics team to competitions of high grade. Appearances of the students-sportsmen ZNU of sports aerobics team in the seasons 2005 and 2006 years are analysed. The basic groups of flagrant errors arising up in the process of teaching and implementation on sports aerobics compositions are certain. It is developed, the method of removal of the exposed flagrant errors is grounded in theory and practically. Due to the select method of preparation it was succeeded to decrease to competitions % flagrant errors of a different character, to do appearances of Zaporozhye sportsmen by more balanced.
