Lucas, your Spanish classes, Why do you teach Spanish?

The present paper examines the story "Lucas, sus clams de espalier by Julio Cortazar, This story follows the classics of the story, introduction, knot end denouement, in a, linear fashion. Through this analysis a reflection is made on the diatonic and diastratic varieties of the Spanish diasystem and their relationship to the teaching of Spanish as a foreign language. The analysis allows us to demonstrate how the differences intervene in the decoding of messages and highlights the feature of prestige that accompanies different manifestations of Spanish dialects from a socio-economic and cultural point of view.
