摘要
This article presents a computerization proposal to the technical reports development by the maintenance services companies (mechanics, hydraulics, etc.) that provide, through the using of a smartphone integrated to the overall company system. In due to the industry required speed, the technical report must be integrated with the company's operating system, because in this way, the planning team's ability to use such data can be efficient and effective. The present paper elaboration was carried out through bibliometric and bibliographical methods, in order to verify the current state of the art on the subject. With the use of the per-application reporting system, significant gains are expected for maintenance management, since such use allows technical employees a greater understanding as well as a detailed history of a given equipment, ie, it improves the machinery and equipment operation which may reduce future damage. In due to the advantages demonstrated in this article, the maintenance applications implementation will be more and more feasible and adherent within an engineering context, either by allowing the collection of data in real time, or by facilitating the integration between the organizations planning and operation.
