摘要
Modern artificial intelligence was created as a development of computer science, trying to replicate the cognitive processes and thinking of human beings through computers and software. Since its inception, we have forged partnerships of this discipline to other branches of learning, for example in medicine, engineering, and others. Thus, the law has also established links with the discipline, since they will have developed applications and software that can both auxiliary processes, such as running against particular legal situation.
