CHILDREN'S TELEVISION PROGRAMS IN THE INCULCATION OF HABITUS PRECURSORS OF ENVIRONMENTAL CONSCIOUSNESS AND GENDER EQUITY

摘要
It is exploratory study, descriptive, qualitative approach, in order to analyze the content of the messages contained in children's programs, broadcast on television and their possible influence on the formation of environmental awareness and equity of gender. To that end, there were three selected television broadcasters, identified by A, B and C, with open programming and great influence nationally. The recordings were made in VHS tapes. Chosen is the part of the morning, for four days every other week, because during this period the focus of many programs aimed at children. The data were subjected to analysis of content, emerging three distinct moments: animation, auditorium; Trade; Cartoons. For each tried to understand the dimensions educational, verbal and visual, looking for the attitude of the characters. It was found that the contents served by the programs analyzed whipping violence, consumerism and indifference to the environment. Discuss on the quality of content that through the programs children are being taught in children, should be usual attitude among families and educators, as issues of environmental education and gender identity are linked with each other and with the content media, through participation the latest in the continuing training of the personality of children.
