摘要
Brazilian psiculture has been rising about 30% per year, because it is an important source of high quality protein and profitability. Despite the fact of its African origin, tilapiculture is nowadays present at large part of national territory, but remains under pressure for higher product quality, as well as, for the adoption of less impacting practices for the environment. Among some of these impacts, the pollution and the interference on biodiversity levels and water quality can be mentioned. For this reason, the producer needs information and tools that promote the fast transference of practices that have already been identified by research, in order to enhance the knowledge and agility on their use on the farm activities. The "Management Practices and Environmental Management" Project of Embrapa Environment (integrated to Aquabrasil net project), has been identifying the Best Management Practices (BMP) for tilapiculture, that can be immediately adopted by producers instead of their rapid farm observation. In this project, the computer system called Aquisys has also been developed in order to turn available the web site dynamic access for assessment and production, management and water quality indicators; all of them taking into account the BMP. The present work present one of its computer tools, which was developed for tilapia: an expert system to provide the rapid assessment of BMP at the farm developed in CLIPS language.
