摘要
This article integrates, epistemically, as part of Art Education in general and in more restricted terms, based on conceptions of Art Education. Aimed to investigate how Art teachers conceive of the importance of this curricular component, as its locus identified in relation to other disciplines and, lastly, verify that know and use the Triangular Proposal. Data collection took place from semi-structured questions, used as triggers. The results showed, on the one hand, the presence of dissatisfaction regarding the locus that discipline occupies when compared to the other, as well as the lack of attention to the area. Reported that the difficulties of the occupation and the lack of adequate teaching conditions, hinder the learning in Art, which already has little social prestige. On the other hand, showed pride in working with the discipline and demonstrated willingness to defend the importance of the curricular component.
