摘要：
In the article the prerequisites of creation scientific foundations of native system of physical education are presented: intensive development of psychologicalpedagogical and medical science in XIX century; aggravation of studying youth's state of health; necessity of training well physical trained reserves for army and realization of military reform; distribution of foreign experience of physical education and sport in the country.
