摘要
The discussion about formation, research and post-graduation is inspired in the thirty years of creation of Curso de Licenciatura em Educacao Fisica from Universidade Estadual da Paraiba, in which nuances of my academic and professional trajectory since the formation are brought as background to approach the reading, specially from the students of the area, glimpsing the possibility to elucidate questions about research, still in their formation, transcending the utilitarian vision to the course conclusion, but getting enchanted by the questions it favors in the ethic-subject formation. Among other challenges and perspectives of this reflection in the formation, research and postgraduation triad, we point out, also, that the universities may create and intensify their investment in the field of research, establishing appropriate policies by means of their own programs, besides partnerships with other fomentation organizations; may the professors come to understand the research also in their daily routine in classroom and create research groups whose productions will come to consolidate the research lines, and later transform them into post-graduation courses; may CAPES become more sensitive to the specificities of each area of knowledge and region of the country in the sense of des-centralizing the post-graduation from the Southern and Southeastern regions, as well as to understand Physical Education not only through the point of view of health.
