摘要：
The paper presents a fragment of the empirical study of factors of personality's psychological well-being concerning the consideration of this phenomenon in the system of psychological phenomena by using multiple regression analysis. It has been found that among the factors of psychological well-being the leading ones are fatalistic present, reflexivity, happiness, self-efficacy, subjective vitality, intelligence, suspicion, self-understanding, consciousness, radicalism, satisfaction with life, involvement, responsibility, and comprehension.
