摘要
In this paper the continuous flow analysis method has been compared with a conventional method according to Thalacker and Birkenstock for determination of the thiobarbituric acid count in specific brewery sample matrices. In addition the costs and analytical expenditure incurred during the tests are compared. The equivalence of the analytical process was verified with the help of mathematical statistics based on DIN 38402 Part 71. The determined standard deviations and variation coefficients of the automated method are clearly below those of conventional methods. A reduction of expenditure in time and costs per analysed specimen could be established for the continuous flow analysis method. The described continuous flow method of analysis can be recommended for brewery analysis with due consideration to the given way of application.
