摘要
C-13 NMR chemical shift assignments were obtained for dibucaine in CDCl3 and dibucaine hydrochloride in D2O solution using one-bond and long-range two-dimensional heteronuclear correlation techniques. The C-13 chemical shift assignments, together with the fully coupled C-13 spectrum, allowed the measurement of one-bond, and long-range C-13H-1 coupling constants.
