摘要：
A PCN-based expert system has been developed in the field of production control at the Hamburg Mercedes-Benz AG works. The system processes data from higher-order systems and provides the management with decision-making aids on the basis of situation analyses. This brings together the know-how of individual specialists and the data is therefore evaluated on the basis of uniform criteria.
