Comprehensive productivity planning is one of the stages in the productivity management triangle (PMT). The triangle encompasses a system that provides for input of information relevant to the planning process, the performance and productivity measurement process, and implementation of corrective actions and techniques to improve productivity. This article will focus on the comprehensive productivity planning process.
