摘要
Impedance spectroscopy is used to follow variations of electrical properties during annealing of an AgPO3 glass below T-g. Surface crystalisation is observed and electrical properties of the crystalline and glassy phases ave studied with time and temperature. Variations of electrical conductivity with annealing are related to thermodynamic properties due to glass relaxation.
