GROUP-DYNAMICS IN A GERMAN STATE AGENCY

In this article I describe groups in a local ministry with whom I worked in training seminars planning different tasks and using varying methods. Working with higher officers the seminars were less structured and more process-oriented. Thus we were not obliged to follow strict objectives and could instead work on cases and on further topics of self-experience which must be dealt with by every adult person in the course of his or her life.
