摘要：
The problem of how to coordinate teams or organizations involved in the development of software has acquired ever increasing attention. The paper reports the results of an experiment conducted to explore the significance of team coordination in the process of software development. Three small teams were organized to develop software given the same goal, and the effects of the coordination within each team were observed and compared.
