A female urethral diverticulum is an uncommon pathologic entity. The most pre - sentation of urethral diverticule has been described as lower urinary tract symp-toms and dyspareunia. The case of female is presented, who consult with a vagi-nal mass and dyspareunia and current literature was reviewed
