MORAL HAZARD AND TRANSMISSON OF SIGNALS: ANALYSIS OF THE RELATIONSHIP HUMAN TRAFFICKER-WETBACKS IN A MICROECONOMICAL PERSPECTIVE

摘要：
The present survey aims to analyze the negotiation between emigrants that wants to enter U.S. illegally and the human trafficker who will help him to cross the border and eventually hired him to work in any farm or any other work in the country. Based on the risks of migration and the construction of the relationship between the wetback and the human trafficker, we analyze the market balance that determine the price or rate of working-migration services provided by the human trafficker to the emigrant, using the agent-principal theory and the signs model which, in presence of asymmetric information can't achieve the market balance. The main conclusion of this research it's that the formation of markets must be stimulated to solve the externalities generated by the migratory process and the implementation of actions to combat the phenomenon.
