摘要
This study examines the role of the leadership process (leader, followers and context) as a facilitator of organizational learning in SEBRAE/PB. Theoretically, we sought to understand the leadership process and organizational learning and examine the links between the two subjects. This is a case study of qualitative nature, whose data were collected through interviews with 10 managers. The results revealed the identification of four learning processes: the generation involves the management of information and training, in addition to creativity and innovation; the interpretation is linked to processing and generation of meaning and interaction by means of dialogue and discussions; the dissemination is the promotion of dates and meetings, the framework of dissemination and exchanges of experience; and the systematization is connected to the information store and the elaboration of strategies and project management. The contribution of the leader in the learning process involves encouraging the followers' learning in the context of professional performance. The performance of followers as a learning facilitator is present and depends on your attitudes to learn. The context facilitates the learning by making resources and a structure that strengthens the action of the leader and the followers. It's concluded that the leadership and learning are constructs that can be studied in an integrated manner and that the learning levels (individual, group and organization) are linked to the process of leadership (leader, followers and context).
