摘要：

In this paper, we give congruences on an abundant semi-group with a quasi-ideal S-adequate transversal S-circle by the congruencepair abstractly which consists of congruences on the structure componentparts Rand Delta We prove that the set of all congruences on this kind ofsemigroups is a complete lattice.
