摘要：
Vertical profiles of upward, downward and effective fluxes of longwave radiation were calculated using data from meteorological stations, data from NOAA-9 satellite on cloud amount and cloud upper boundary temperature, and data from aerological sounding of the atmosphere. A comparison of the satellite and surface information is made.
