摘要
The displacements of opposing surfaces of PZT ceramic bar resonators were measured under length extensional mode resonance using a high frequency double beam laser interferometer system. The results of the measured displacements are in good agreement with displacement values calculated using modified Cady equations. © 1991, Taylor & Francis Group, LLC. All rights reserved.
