PHOTOELECTRON ANGULAR-DISTRIBUTION ASYMMETRY PARAMETERS IN H- PHOTODETACHMENT BELOW THE N=3 THRESHOLD

We have evaluated the beta2p and beta2 asymmetry parameters in the photodetachment of H- below the N = 3 threshold. Results are presented in the regions lying just above the N = 2 threshold and just below the N = 3 threshold, where the cross sections exhibit resonant structures. We discuss in some detail the role of the P-1(0) shape resonance.
