Leadership in Exame: the framework of the leading figure in the business magazine

摘要
The growth of business organizations follows the work of leaders who lead them. The economic context, business management and profile and style of action for leaders are issues addressed by the so called "business media". The aim of this paper is to investigate the framework of the leader figure in this editorial segment, using content analysis as method. Thus, we mapped and analyzed 25 articles published in the Exame magazine in the second quarter of 2012. The study showed that the publication presents the leaders as protagonists of events, focusing on their description the behavior style, the influence of context in which it operates and the personality traits of the business leader.
