摘要：
This article reflects on the evolution of ethical regulation of medical profession in France, through the analysis of the various French ethical codes over the nineteenth and twentieth centuries, culminating in the issue of the law of March 4th. 2002 concerning to the rights of patients to information. The paper discusses the development of legal ethical codes, the questions approached by the ethics and the professional values and concepts which are reflected in it.
