摘要
A mechanism is suggested and studied theoretically for generation of electrostatic and quasi-steady-state electromagnetic fields in a gas-dispersed medium exposed to the laser radiation. The generation of fields under the electron emission into the surrounding gas and plasma as well as an influence of the external medium, form of dispersed particles and conditions of gas-dynamic expansion of the evaporated matter on the potential value and emission properties of the particle are studied on the basis of reasonable physical assumptions. It is shown that effects related with the form of real dispersed particles and with inhomogeneity of the electron emission play principal role in this case. Results of calculations are in qualitative and quantitative agreement with the experimental data.
