摘要：

In the paper have been researched a wide-spread techniques of performing phase of flight large wag forward exercises on uneven bars by using bio-mechanical and systematic-structural analysis of video materials of such exercises on uneven bars and determines its structure, bio-mechanical advisability as well as validity of its concrete use and rational variants. The paper provides a general classification of phase of flight large wag forward exercises on uneven bars.
