摘要：
Knowledge classification of expert's knowledge on his individual memory is one of the main problems in the developing process of expert systems. In this part of the paper it is discussed how we can classify, diagnose and elicitate knowledge generally. An approach to develop a battery of methods for knowledge elicitation and modelling as basis of the experimental investigations is described. This investigations will be presented in part 2.
