摘要
The structural changes of metallic glass Pd77.5Ni6Si16.5, in the temperature region where three internal friction peaks (P1, P2 and P3) were observed, are studied by in situ observation during heating in TEM. DSC was used to determine the glass transition temperature Tg and crystalline temperature Tx and the structures of some crystalline phases are analyzed by XRD. The correlation between the microstructure and internal friction peaks of a-PdNiSi near Tg and Tx is discussed.
