摘要
In this paper I address the following question: the role that classical tragedies can play in political philosophy reflection. I focus mainly on two Antigone: Sophocles's ancient Greek and Gambaro, the Argentina of the 90 post-military dictatorship. With instruments of philosophical reflection I intend to examine what is meant by the tragic conflict in both cases. In turn, I try to show the conceptual role that tragedy can play in terms of understanding a certain kind of political dissent. Later, I concentrate around three examples of philosophical discussion, and legal, in contemporary Argentina. The concentration in these cases allows me to reconstruct some conceptual problems surrounding the use of the term "tragic." I conclude with a suggestion on a healthy kind of anachronism that we may be permitted to philosophers. I also speak of an irruption of the philosopher in the scenario of academic theorizing and in the substantive discussions about things that concern us as moral subjects and citizens.
