摘要
In this work, the main development trends of auxiliary fleet are considered, based on creation, modernization and combat employment of the Russian Navy ships in modern conditions. It also review basic needs of surface action groups in required material resources in different conditions. Besides this work proposes to use performance criteria of transport vessels functioning as a basis for developing a mathematical model, which will give reasonable and calculated recommendations for the program formation of auxiliary fleet. It shows the need to determine the volume of sea freight, which is carried out by sea in the interests of the Russian Navy with considering of prospects for modernization and construction of the fleet. And as a consequence, it is necessary to correctly choose the qualitative and quantitative auxiliary fleet composition, that is capable to accomplish the tasks of providing the fleet with required resources in different conditions. It is also proposed to use indicators of the planned cost of transfer one ton of cargo for determination of the transport vessels economic efficiency. At last in this work formulated the main development directions of auxiliary fleet.
