Suicide - the conscious choice of death: the philosophical and psychological aspects of the problem

摘要
The article is devoted to the study of individual psychological characteristics of decision-making in persons with mental pathology. The material of the empirical study of 99 men (mean age = 34.1 +/- 10.6 years) with the following psychiatric diagnoses: organic mental disorders (F07) (OMD), schizophrenia and schizotypic disorder (F20, F21), personality and behavior disorders (F60, F61). The methodological complex included: "Verbal and color interference" tests by J. Stroop and "Comparison of similar drawings" by J. Kagan, questionnaires "Style of self-regulation of behavior" V.I. Morosanova and New Questionnaire of Tolerance to Uncertainty Kornilovoy, semiprojective methods "Identification of the awareness of motives".. V. Ermolina and B.P. Ilyin and "Situational analysis" (Bulygina VG, 2017). It was revealed that the parameters of "tolerance to uncertainty", "assessment of conditions", "cognitive rigidity", "drives" and "evaluation of results" have the greatest nosocertainty. Within the context of the situational analysis, the influence of the amount of information available, the level of its uncertainty and emotional saturation on the adequacy of the interpretation of the situation, the number and adequacy of the proposed alternatives, and the social acceptability of the answers was established.
