摘要：
Reactivity of carboxymethyl dextran esters in reactions with some secondary aliphatic amines has been investigated in various media. It is advantageous to carry out acylation of primary and secondary aliphatic amines with carboxymethyl dextran esters in dimethyl sulfoxide.
