摘要：
The article argues for an objective analysis of the recent ethics code of the Superior Military Court of Brazil. Establishes an initial text of contextualization of the theme from the indication of some important operational concepts. Highlights aspects of public ethics in modern and current trends. Focuses on relevant issues concerning the new ethical statute relating the subject with the structural principles of the public administration.
