摘要
On the basis of the zinc producing technique the ascertainment of the minimum technological energy demand and its splitting-up into efficient, auxiliary and maintenance energy has been demonstrated in three process stages. Within one year of operation only 60% of the total energy amount is efficient energy, whereas the residual energy demand is classified as auxiliary and maintenance energy. A real specific energy consumption of 41.4 GJ per (metric) ton of zinc is opposed to a technologically minimum demand of 38.2 GJ t-1.
