摘要
The study analyzes microdevelopment of the Slovak village at milestones that express the discontinuity of political and socioeconomic macrodevelopment (years 1918, 1945, 1989). Each of these turning points as evoked at microlevel of rural society consequential changes the strategy in social and economic behaviour. The period after 1918 was a mixture of modernity aimed at a capitalist type of enterprise while holding to a traditional archaic economy. The postwar period, after 1945, with its subsequent collectivization of agriculture meant sharp economic changes connected with the restructuring of social and cultural processes, social hierarchization, and the sensibility of one's own culture. The post-1989 period with the subsequent enforcing of privatization and transformation of cooperatives brings about the problems in enforcing innovation. The author points out that certain traditional segments of economy and social life (familiarism, egalitarianism, conservatism) are associated to form cumulative causation which influence the present efforts of innovation.
