摘要
A new wavelength demultiplexing photodiode that utilizes Bragg reflector composed of multi-thin crystal is proposed and its quantum efficiency and optical cross talk are calculated. It is shown that significant improvement in crosstalk can be obtained by the proposed structure without lowering the quantum efficiencies at the signal wavelengths.
