硅酸三钙-微纤化纤维素/重质碳酸钙复合填料的制备及其性能

摘要
将硅酸三钙水化反应引入到复合填料的制备过程,采用行星式球磨机制备出能与纸张纤维进行交联的反应型填料,并对填料以及其加填纸张的结构和性能进行表征。结果表明:硅酸三钙与微纤化纤维素(microfibrillatedcellulose,MFC)在研磨过程中可以形成电位为正值的硅酸三钙-MFC复合物,并吸附电位为负值的重质碳酸钙(ground calciumcarbonate,GCC),最终形成含有羟基的三元硅酸三钙-MFC/GCC复合填料。复合填料的留着率相较于传统GCC的留着率提升了17%;填料研磨时间为20 h时,三元复合填料加填纸张的裂断长相较于GCC/MFC二元复合填料加填纸张的裂断长提升20%左右。
