The paper considers inertial and factor forecasts of the basic parameters of the employment and labor market dynamics in Russia. Estimates of the future state in the area of employment are given for the national and regional levels by types of economic activity. The basic factors acting on the employment and labor market dynamics are also analyzed at the national and regional levels. © 2013 Pleiades Publishing, Ltd.
