摘要
Experimental investigation of saturated Freon-113 film boiling on a sphere with 30 mm diameter at atmospheric pressure under conditions of free convection was carried out. Nonsinusoidal wave formations at the liquid-vapor interface were revealed using high-speed video recording. The temperature gradient dependence for the average vapor film thickness was determined.
