摘要
The kinetics of the oxidation of diethyl sulfide (Et 2S) with hydrogen peroxide, catalyzed by hydrogen carbonate and silicate anions, agree with the assumption that peroxymonocarbonate (HCO - 4) and peroxymonosilicate (HSiO - 4) anions are formed as intermediates. The rate of reaction of Et 2S with HCO - 4 is about 100 times as fast as with H 2O 2. Transfer to aqueous-alcoholic solutions leads to an increase in the solubility of Et 2S while retaining the catalytic effects.
